New Features :

• Added Guest Ledger Report total record count. 

• Added Special Request details to the GST Folio.

• Added a clear refund indication in Folio Payment Receipts for refunded payments. 

• Added validation to allow numbers only in the Number of Reservations field.

• Introduced a folio auto lock/unlock feature to prevent duplicate operations when the same folio is accessed by multiple users simultaneously.

• Added support to send penalty amounts to OTA when cancelling Expedia reservations. 

• Enhanced Allow to Check-in validation to permit check-in even when a reservation is not confirmed, including group reservations. 

• Enhanced recurring Other Charge handling to use the latest added charge rate. 

• Updated Folio → Guest Details so documents open in Print View within an iframe instead of a new browser tab. 

• New Folio and Group Folio creation now automatically sets Transaction Status based on the configured system setting. 

• Newly added Vehicle Makes and Vehicles now appear immediately in reservation/check-in lists without requiring a page reload. 

• Allow Refund option on Terminal.
